Contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the reason for your request and your message. This data is sent to our team by email and stored in the website administration, solely to answer your request and follow up on our exchange. We do not sell it or pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Audience measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages viewed, where visits come from, type of device). This measurement is only activated with your consent, given through the cookie banner. Google may process this data outside Switzerland.

Cookies and consent

The cookie banner (Axeptio) lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies and change your choice at any time. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work do not require consent.

Embedded content

The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. It is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and protected by an application firewall. The website is updated regularly.

Retention period

We keep messages received through the form for as long as necessary to handle your request and follow up on the relationship, and then delete them. Audience measurement data is retained according to the Google Analytics settings.
